Data corrections
Facility details and ratings come directly from CMS. If a rating or fact looks wrong, the source is usually the official CMS data, which we mirror.
- To correct the underlying record, contact the facility or CMS via Medicare.gov Care Compare.
- If we have a display bug (wrong link, formatting, etc.), email us and we will fix it quickly.
